You can’t purchase directly from Forest Garden, but you will find our products in over 3000 retail stores and across the internet. See our where to buy section. Whilst we don’t sell direct, we do fulfil orders to customers’ homes on behalf of the retailers we work with. This means that products don’t have to be shipped to depots or stores unnecessarily and come directly from us to you via our own fleet of vehicles and drivers.

The majority of our products are delivered via DDH which is our own fleet of vehicles and drivers, you will receive a text message approximately 48 hours before delivery advising you of a 4 hour window. On the morning of your delivery, you will be E mailed with an updated 2-hour slot along with a link to live track your order. (Both of these are dependent on your retailer providing us with a Mobile number and E mail address obtained at your point of order.

For Scotland and parts of South East and South West of the country we use a 3rd party Carrier, if your delivery is via one of these, we will text you to advise and the Haulier will contact you direct to book Delivery. Please note deliveries to Scotland can take 5-10 days more than the advertised lead time.

A selected number of planters are delivered pre-assembled, but unless stated in the product specification most of our products arrive flat packed for easy self-assembly.

Depending on what you have ordered there may be some protective packaging, banding or even a delivery crate or pallet with your product. There will also be a fixing pack and product instructions.

We provide an installation service on selected products, dependant on which retailer you purchase from if installation is  available you will be able to add this on at order stage. All installation prices are visible on the product before purchase.

The instructions will be delivered with your product, normally in the fixing pack or in some instances on the back of the product label. Should you require another copy simply find your product on this website and you can quickly download a pdf of the instructions from the product page.

Helpful information

We run our own Home Delivery service, with our own fleet of vehicles and drivers. In most cases ( Postcode dependant) we deliver our goods ourselves. It means that if you’ve purchased one of our products from a website in most cases it will be delivered directly by us – we typically make about 225,000 deliveries to customers’ homes across the UK every year. We offer an installation service on selected products, if you would rather take a back seat when it comes to building then this service is for you.
