Whether you’re assembling the product yourself, have a tradesman booked or have taken out our installation service – it’s important that you get your garden ready before you start any building work.

Before you begin, we strongly recommend that you check the product and make sure the parts and fixings are all present and correct before you start assembling.

It’s important that the area is cleared around where the product is to be installed, including any overhanging branches.

It’s very important that any base preparation work is carried out in advance of your product being assembled. A correctly prepared base is essential to ensure the successful assembly of your product and its longevity.  For more information on how to install the correct base please take the time to read the relevant guide below, especially if you have taken out our installation option as an aborted assembly due to an inadequate base may result in additional charges for a team of installers to revisit your property.
